Had gallbladder out was fine now itchy skin, irritable, fatigue that comes and goes?
I recently had gallbladder surgery a few months ago. I was starting to feel fine after until now. Just recently i started getting itchy skin,very irritable and fatigued for no reason after i eat . Also my stools have gone from normal to very dark green to very acidy yellow. Bouts of constipation and diarrhea. What could be causing this and what steps should i take. I am afraid of eating anything due to these symptoms.

Once an animal or person has been contaminated with Giardia intestinalis , the parasite exists in the intestine and is moved in the stool. It can able to live outside the body and in the environment for longer times because the parasite is protected by an outer shell.
Giardia infection has become recognized as one of the most commonly occur waterborne disease . Infection occurs by the ingestion of cysts, an inactive form of Giardia lamblia, in infected water, food, or by the hands or fomites.
Causes
Giardiasis is easy to detect by drink contaminated water . Many animals have Giardia in their feces and may move this parasite into rivers, streams and springs in rural areas where water supplies become contaminated with raw sewage. Giardia can be transmitted by inadvertent putting something into your mouth that has contaminated with feces of a person or animal infected with Giardia ,swallowing amateur water in swimming pools, hot tubs, jacuzzis, fountains, lakes, rivers, springs, ponds, or streams that can be infected with sewage or feces from humans or animals,using uncooked food contaminated with Giardia .
Giardia infection is occur due to the parasite called Giardia lamblia. It appears in two types.
Cysts are responsible for causing the signs and symptoms of giardiasis.It can live for longer periods outside the body and can exist several months in cold water. Infection appears by the ingestion of cysts in polluted water, food, or by the fecal oral way. In the body stomach acid triggers the cyst & the cyst releases trophozoites (single cyst produces 2 trophozoites). Trophozoites remaining in the cavity of a tubular proximal tiny bowel where they can easily attached to the mucosa by a ventral sucking disk .
Symptoms
The symptoms of giardiasis may appear from 3 to 25 days after contamination but generally occurs within 10 days. Giardiasis can cause a variety of symptoms such as abdominal cramps, excess amounts of intestinal gas,an enlarged belly from the gas , appetite loss , upset nausea and vomiting ,headache ,flatulence , bloated sensation , greasy stools that tend to float .These disorder may cause weight loss and dehydration.
People exposed to giardia may feel mild or complicated diarrhea, or in some cases no symptoms at all. Mild fever is rarely present.
Giardiasis impacts the body’s ability to absorb fats from the food, so the diarrhea have unabsorbed fats. It means that the diarrhea floats, is shiny, and smells very bad. Some times people will have chronic diarrhea up to several weeks or months, with continual weight loss.
Treatments
Giardiasis is generally cured with a medicine called Flagyl an antibiotics. It’s usually taken three times a day for 5 to 10 days. Side effects may include a nausea.It is recommended not to drink any kind of alcohol ,if Flagyl is using. This medicine is not prescribed in the early stages of pregnancy,because some of the drugs used to cure the infection can be dangerous to the fetus.
Albenzazole, metronidazole or furizolidone are generally recommended as a antibiotic to treat giardiasis.But side by side some prevention should be taken such as carefully wash hands thoroughly after toilet visits,carefully dispose of sewage wastes so they don’t contaminate surface water or groundwater,avoid consuming untreated water from springs, streams or lakes.
A child with diarrhea from giardiasis may lose excess fluid in the stool and become dehydrated. It is recommended to drinks plenty of fluids – but no caffeinated beverages, they dehydrated the body faster.

I just started taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo (birth control pills) yesterday (sunday) and already I think i managed to f*ck up -_- Well I woke up at 7am, took THE PILL then not 20 seconds later had to answer the door. After the small talk (the whole ordeal took about another 30 seconds), I went straight to the bathroom to take a poopie 
And of course, I had diarrhea -_-
Long story short…when i flushed the toilet I noticed a tiny white thing floating on the surface of the water. Could it be the pill I just took not so long ago? Can the pill travel that fast from my stomach to the toilet (keeping i mind the annoying diarrhea)? Should I throw away the pack and start over again? considering THE PILL “lost” rather than “missed”? or should I consider it as a “miss” and take an extra?
By the time anyone read or skips or comes across this question, it might be too late but i figured…whatever. I’m awake anyways.

This will take time to learn how to execute properly, but it is an utterly essential skill for every guitarist no matter what musical style. Practice until the second note is the same volume as the 1st. The tab looks like this:

Once again we’re moving from D to E, but this time with a hammer-on. You should have your index finger on the 7th fret as well as use the third finger for the ninth fret. Change between the bend and the hammer-on and focus on exactly how diverse they sound. You can then also pull off your third finger, pulling down toward the ground a little bit to ensure the D note sounds:

Again, strive to make the second note sound as loud as the 1st note. Also be careful not to strike the surrounding strings as you pull your finger away.
A final approach you’ll regularly encounter, even in beginner guitar tab, is tapping. Tapping refers to the practice of fretting a note with a finger (usually both the pointer or index finger) of the picking hand. Fret a note with your left hand, pick it, and hammer down on the same string at a higher fret together with your pick hand. This is an excellent approach that will take a lot of time to learn, but you should at least know what the tabs looks like:

In online tabs the tapped note is pointed out by using a ‘t’, while tab in magazines typically circles the tapped note. You’ll often see long lines that combine bends, hammer-ons, pull-offs, and tapping:

As mentioned before, this sort of passage can be difficult to decode in online tab, particularly in terms of the actual rhythm. If it were an actual song, you’ll need to make use of your ears to know the proper phrasing.
