How to Treat Diarrhea

Dog diarrhea… this is something that all of us as dog owners have to deal with at some point in the life of our . It is a very common issue for dogs.

In some cases of diarrhea there may be only small amounts of mucous, but frequent straining. Diarrhea can also be an ongoing problem. Fortunately, most cases of dog diarrhea respond to symptomatic treatment at home.

Before I get into the home treatments, pay very close attention to the severity of the diarrhea that your dog has. This is extremely important – if your dog’s diarrhea is so severe that it results in dehydration, this is a medical emergency and must be dealt with by your Veterinarian. If your pet is still very alert, active and drinking, then try some of the following home remedies.

Dog diarrhea can be caused by a number of different things, including garbage (‘Garbage Gut’), parasites, infectious agents (such as parvovirus), allergy, inflammatory changes and pancreatic abnormalities.

There are several home solutions you can try. The most effective one is a 24 Hour Fast. Stop putting food into your pet for 24 hours (Day 1). This allows the intestines to rest and regenerate. Always have access to plenty of fresh water. After the first 24 hours, introduce a bland food for the following 24 hours (Day 2), such as plain white cooked rice, feeding equivalent cups of rice as their normal diet.

Another possible solution includes using Fiber. Dietary fiber absorbs water in the intestine, which helps to decrease diarrhea. Ground flax is a great source for dogs – add 1 teaspoon per cup of dog food. It’s always better to buy your flax as whole seed and then grind it as you need it.

A third suggestion is to try Probiotics. Probiotics are basically dietary supplements that contain potentially beneficial bacteria or yeast. Probiotics restore the natural bacteria in the intestine, to help the intestinal immune system. The most effective supplement is Lactobacillus acidophilus – give 1/4 capsule per 10 lbs of body weight twice daily.

Another suggestion includes using common human remedies. One remedy I suggest is to use Pepto-Bismol – this is an old standby that can be effective for dogs. The dog dose is 1ml per 10lbs of body weight, given three times daily. Do not use this method for more than 7 days. Other remedies include Immodium (Loperamide). For dogs, give .5mg per 10lbs three times daily – i.e. give your 40 lb dog one 2mg tablet three times daily.

Dog diarrhea is one of the most common reasons pets are taken to a veterinarian. People spend millions of dollars having these problems taken care of this way. The treatments you have just learned can save you money.

If you find these remedies useful, I guarantee that you will find the other remedies in my book, Veterinary Secrets Revealed, just as practical. And, they can save you thousands of dollars over seeing your Vet for every little issue your pet has.

These remedies work – I use them every day in practice.

Best wishes…

what do you do for a cat that has diarrhea?

Otherwise she seems fine, she has been fixed and is a family pet.
could worms cause this?

Yes, worms or other intestinal parasites can cause diarrhea. Changes in food can cause stomach upset, too. If you haven’t changed her food, and it’s gone on for more than a couple of days, take a stool sample to the vet for testing.

Parasites – A Serious Concern

Written by Chicagohealers.com practitioner Dr. Elizabeth Laskonis, ND, MH, CNC, CNHP -

What are parasites?

A parasite is an organism that lives in or on another organism, at the expense of the host organism. Parasites living inside the human body will feed off our cells, our energy, off the we eat, even off the supplements we take. There are many varieties of parasites. They fall into several categories. Here are some common parasites: Amoebas, Arthopods, Bacterias and Nano-Bacterias, Flat Worms, Flukes, Fungi, Mildew, Molds and Slime Molds, Microzymas, Mycoplasmas, Nematodes, Pin Worms, Prions, Protozoas, Round Worms, Somatodes, Spirochetes, Tapeworms, Viruses, and Yeast. Some are only visible under a microscope. Some can be passed in the stool and be quite large. Parasites produce thousands of eggs, and have several life stages, ranging from three to twenty four.

Here is a brief description of a few of the known types of parasites:

Arthropods are six to eight legged creatures, such as lice, bedbugs, mites, ticks, and fly larvae.

Bacteria can be present in almost anything. Here are some examples: Shigella species are frequently in pasteurized milk and cause intestinal, muscle and joint problems. Salmonella species are frequently in pasteurized milk and raw eggs and poultry, and cause food poisoning.

E-Coli can also be found in foods. Staphylococcus epidermidis is very difficult to kill and causes sinus and skin infections. Streptococcus pneumoniae often causes ear, sinus, throat, and bronchial infections. Borellia burgdorferi causes Lyme’s Disease. It spends part of its cycle inside the nerve cells. There are also two different species of bacterias that are called nano-bacterias and Spirochetes.

Flukes are leaf shaped, thin worms with a bilaterally symmetrical body and hooks or cup shaped suckers. They have both male and female organs in each individual. They have a simple digestive tract and complex life cycles with two or more hosts, usually one of which is a mollusk. Some examples are: Fasiolopsis buski, Fasciola hepatica, Eurytrema pancreaticum.

Fungi is multi cellular- with long filaments/spores, that can live on the skin, under nails and inside tumors and tissues. Ringworm is a fungus of the skin. There is also mildew, molds and slime molds.

Microzymas can be formed by the body from other types of parasites, or caught from others as a microzyma. They can also morph into cysts, tumors and foreign cells.

Morgons can be caught as a morgon or can become a morgon from being morphed from other types of parasites. They can produce a threadlike fiber that can sometimes come out through the skin. There is a disease called Morgellon’s Disease, associated with this type of parasite.

Mycoplasmas are a crystalline bacterial toxin associated with the Brucella bacterium. They are sometimes found in chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, Gulf War illness, AIDS, and related diseases. It can be delivered via insects, aerosol, the food chain, or caught from contact with other infected persons.

Prions are an incorrectly folded protein that are treated as a parasite because of the damage they do. They can get into the cells and cause holes in the brain. This is the leading cause of Alzheimer’s and Mad Cow diseases.

Protozoas are a single cell animal and have very complex life cycles. Some examples are:

Toxoplasma gondii, Sarcocystis species, and Giardia lamblia. There are also three other types of protozoas called Amoebas, Nematodes and Somatodes.

Viruses and Warts – Viruses can cause serious illness. Adenovirus causes the common cold. Respiratory syncytial virus causes respiratory problems. Influenza virus causes flu. There are many other types of viruses. Warts are colonies of several species of viruses.

Worms can be several types of worms, such as Flat, Pin, Round, Thread. Roundworms are elongated, cylindrical worms with well developed digestive tracts. Most species are free living but a large number of species parasitize humans, animals, and plants. In humans, there are both intestinal and tissue inhabiting species. Some species are thorny-headed worms, equipped with hooks to help attach itself to the intestinal wall. Their digestive tract is absent. Some examples are: Ascaris lumbricoides, Pinworm, Enterobius vermicularis, Strongyloides stercoralis, and Trichinella spiralis.

Tapeworms have an elongated ribbon-like body, with a specialized attachment organ called a scolex on the anterior end. They contain both male and female organs. They have no digestive tract and attach themselves to the inside of the small intestine, or other organs, and absorb nutrients directly into their bodies. Immature tapeworms invade tissues and encyst themselves there. Most require at least two hosts. Some examples are: Diphyllobothrium latum, Echinococcus granulosus, taenia solium.

Tongue Worms can be anywhere in the body, not just the tongue. They are so named for their shape like a tongue, not because they are in the tongue. They are serious and can also cause many problems. They can also morph into other types of parasites.

Yeasts are species of single cells that divide, and parasitize humans. Candida albacans is one of many species.

Other – there are also many other types of parasites that man does NOT know about. We can actually muscle test a person to see if he has “other” parasites that we can’t identify. We can then give the correct herbs to kill them.

Parasites can be transferred from one individual to another by direct contact between the host and a potential host, by cysts or eggs, which can live for some time outside the host before infecting a second host. Some are carried by an arthropod vector, which may itself be a host, if the parasite develops within it. Many have complex life cycles, requiring two or more species of hosts to complete their cycles.

Parasites can be ingested through the mouth, inhaled through the nose, or by skin contact. They can also be transmitted via body fluids. Insects and animals can also transmit them to humans.

Common sources of parasites are contaminated soil, fruits, vegetables, raw or rare meats, , mosquitos and flys, feces, polluted water, and contact with another person who is infected.

Factors that contribute to the growing parasite epidemic include the widespread use of drugs that suppress our immune systems. An imbalance of good to bad bacteria in the colon is also a contributing factor. Some other factors include wide use of antibiotics, eating refined carbohydrates, steroid drugs, X-rays and radiation therapy, chlorinated water, stress, low fiber diet, pollution, poor digestions and elimination, and mercury toxicity from dental fillings.

The increase in world travel by tourists, armed forces and immigrants spreads every possible parasite everywhere. The increase in synthetic toxins within the body is changing the life cycles of some species making many parasitology textbooks inadequate. Our changes in lifestyles have increased the spread of parasites all over the world. Increased use of nurseries and other child care facilities increase exposure. Increased eating in restaurants contributes to less control over parasite contamination. Increased consumption of ethnic foods exposes us to a wider variety of species. Increased world travel exposes more people to a wide variety of species for which they have no natural immunity. Increased levels of stress in modern day living lowers our immunity. Increased sexual promiscuity and homosexuality increases exposure. And certain modern medical practices increase the probability of parasitic infection by compromising the patient’s natural immune defenses. Examples are surgery, blood transfusions, incubation, and prolonged hospitalization.

Today it is apparent that 98% of all diseases are caused by parasites and/or toxins. They can affect tissue anywhere in the body. Because they can get into the blood and travel to any organ, parasites cause problems that are not often recognized as parasite-related. For example, a roundworm infestation in the stomach can give the appearance of a peptic ulcer. And chronic Giardia lamblia can be an undetected element in both candidiasis and chronic fatigue syndrome. It is not only the parasites that can cause damage to the body, but also the waste they excrete. These waste products poison the body, forcing the organs to work overtime. Processing these wastes also stresses the immune system. As the detox mechanism becomes overwhelmed, nutritional reserves are depleted and the immune system weakens, resulting in disease development.

Some symptoms caused by parasites:

Hair loss and scalp rashes
Mental confusion and poor learning ability such as ADD and ADHD or hyperactivity

Unexplained fevers
Blood clots
Bone pain or deformity
Chronic infections
Tumor formation
Excessive nose picking or itchiness
Allergies
Chronic yeast infections
Chronic fungus infections of toenails and/or fingernails

These are but a few of the problems that can be associated with parasites. Most health care providers, whether allopathic or natural, tend to miss a large percentage of parasitic infestations and end up merely treating the symptoms the parasites cause. No one is immune from parasitic infection. Every living thing on earth is subject to parasites every day.

Doctors usually use a stool analysis or a blood analysis to detect parasites. However, they can be very difficult to detect since they tend to hide in various parts of the body. There are no specific tests for certain kinds of parasites. Tests are only available for 40 to 50 types of the more than thousands that can live in your body. Thus, a negative lab test is no assurance that a person does not have parasites. The most reliable test is kinesiology or muscle testing, but only if done very specifically by someone who knows how to detect them. And then there is no assurance that some may have been missed, because they like to hide. But, it is better to detect what you can and treat them, than to do nothing at all.

In treating parasites, the natural health community has come up with several steps:
1.Identify what types and species you have
2.Dissolve the cysts and tumors they create, and open the cells they are hiding in to be able to kill them.
3.Kill the parasites, with both a “zapper” and the use of herbs.
4.Clean up their toxins.
5.Rebuild the tissues.
6.Realign the energy fields to help prevent further problems.

How can you avoid parasitic infections? Since total avoidance is impossible, you can help yourself by following these instructions as well as you can:

Avoid eating raw fruit and vegetables that have not been thoroughly washed.
Avoid eating all meats that are not thoroughly cooked.
Avoid eating meats cooked in a microwave. The temperature varies from one place to another inside the food, and it does not reliably kill parasites.
Precook poultry before cooking it on a grill.
Avoid eating in restaurants as much as you can.
Don’t keep animals in your house. If you must have a pet, keep it outdoors.
Don’t let animals lick your skin or kiss you.
Keep all pets and farm animals wormed with weekly or daily doses of herbal formulations. De-wormers given by veterinarians are inadequate since the pet will get re-contaminated as soon as it goes outside.
Don’t wear other people’s clothing, especially if they have Psoriasis or eczema. Such clothing likely contains Strongyloides worm eggs, which hatch on contact with skin.
Drink only safe water and milk. (Zap it if it is not pure)
Always wash hands after going to the bathroom and before eating or food preparation.
Avoid breathing dusty or moldy air.
Make sure all household members are parasite free so you don’t keep transferring parasites to each other.
Make sure all dishes are either washed in a dishwasher or scalded with very hot water.
Keep all open food packages, including bread, in the refrigerator.
Store bread in a paper bag instead of plastic, to delay the growth of mold.
Keep your fingers away from your nose and mouth.
Use a clean dish cloth daily – cook it in the microwave before using.
When new symptoms appear, recheck for parasites. Kill them before they do extensive damage.
Lastly, but the most important of all, is to keep your immune system up to par. If your immune system is in top shape, when you do get them, your body can then get rid of them, instead of giving them a chance to dig in and cause disease for you.

If you suspect parasites may be the cause of your ailments, you should contact a Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in Parasitology. They will have the correct information and protocols to make sure that you get the best treatment options. Everyone is different, and may need a different type of recommendation for getting rid of their particular parasites. It is not enough to just go to the local health food store, buy a two week cleanse, and think that you have destroyed all the parasites you may have. Sometimes it takes weeks or months to destroy certain parasites, depending on what you have, how long you have had it, and your general health.

I think I may have been bitten by a spider…?

I got a bite on my arm about a week ago, and it was really, really itchy for a couple of days. Unusually itchy… It didn’t turn into a blister, and the skin around it didn’t necrotize or anything like that, but I have been getting “toxic infection” symptoms such as headaches, body aches, diarrhea, lightheadedness, and upset stomach.

I’ve had these symptoms for about five days now, and the bite actually looks like it’s healing. Might the symptoms be totally unrelated to the spider bite (if it was a spider that bit me)?

if the bite looks like its healing, then you most likely caught a virus at the same time. 5 days is quite a lengthy time for a virus though. you might better call the doctor.

Fibromyalgia Chronic Fatigue Treatment

Fibromyalgia is a serious medical condition and is generally associated with low serotonin levels. Fibromyalgia, formerly know as fibrositis, is a common and chronic condition affecting the muscles. Fibromyalgia affects about 3 million to 6 million people in the United States each year. The disorder mostly affects women, aged 30 to 59 and typically develops in early-to-middle adulthood. Fibromyalgia pain is more common in the trunk, neck, low back, hips, and shoulders, and it is rare in the hands and feet.

Symptoms Of Fibromyalgia

The symptoms of fibromyalgia resemble those of rheumatoid arthritis and due to this fact, fibromyalgia may be misdiagnosed. However, unlike people with physical illnesses, the people with fibromyalgia seem to be in perfect . Fibromyalgia usually displays a variety of symptoms including generalized aches and pains, increased sensitivity of the skin, chronic fatigue, or dizziness, muscle stiffness or joint pain and migraine headaches.

Symptoms of fibromyalgia vary greatly between individuals but almost all suffer from an associated sleep disorder. Depression, anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome, numbness and tingling of the extremities and heightened sensitivity to stimuli may also be present.

Other physical symptoms of fibromyalgia are: lack of concentration, body weakness, decrease of the short-term memory, accelerated heart rate, nausea, abdominal pain and bloating, vomiting and diarrhea.

Fibromyalgia Treatments

The treatment of Fibromyalgia is focused on improving the health of the person and minimizing the symptoms, especially sleeping disorder, which is believed to cause the occurrence of other symptoms. The natural treatment options fall into four categories that create balance in the body: exercise, diet and nutrition, stress management, and rest.

Fibromyalgia treatments mostly consist of painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs (used solely for their analgesic properties). However, apart from intense pain, many people with fibromyalgia complain about having trouble sleeping and feel a pronounced state of fatigue throughout the whole body. Therefore, in some particular cases, fibromyalgia treatments may include sedatives in order to correct the patients’ sleeping problems.

Since Fibromyalgia is still largely a mysterious condition, even to the medical community, it is beneficial to try and find an organization or doctor who specializes in treatments aimed specifically at fibromyalgia patients.

Nutrition is very important with this condition as with any serious physical condition. Avoid caffeine products, sugar, processed foods and fried foods. Low blood sugar (Hypoglycemia) is often a factor in causing the person with Fibromyalgia to feel fatigued. That is why a good nutrition program is very important, eating frequent small meals with some protein is very important in keeping the blood levels even.

The Fibromyalgia Treatment Centers of America is based in Chicago and offers treatments based on an individualized multi-disciplined approach. They also advocate self-help through education and application by their patients.

does anyone know what these symptoms mean? Abdominal pain, nausea, etc.?

I’m a fourteen year old female and recently I’ve been experiencing pain in the lower left quadrant of my abdomen as well as a fever, weakness/fatigue, diarrhea, nausea, loss of appetite and loss of weight. At first I thought it might be appendicitis but realised shortly after that my appendix is on the right half of my body(silly me). still, I’m really worried that something is wrong. The pain in my abdomen is a kind of shooting, stabbing pain and it subsides and reoccurs regularly. Does anyone know what this is and what I should do about it? Please, I’m really concerned and would like help immediatly.

More then likely this is an intestinal problem. Since your losing weight. I would say you definitely need to be seen by a doctor. You may have some treatable problem if caught in the early stage. However, if you are not seen and you let it advance it will be harder to treat,.

Strengthen the Body With the Herb Barberry

The barberry plant is a shrub that has gray, thorny branches. This shrub can grow up to nine feet tall. The flower of the barberry plant are bright yellow and bloom between the months of April and June. These flowers then become dark, drooping bunches of red berries in the fall.

The use of barberry dates back approximately three thousand years, originating in China in India where it was used for the treatment of diarrhea and intestinal infections. The barberry plant was used by Native Americans for treating liver conditions like jaundice. Additionally, Egyptians mixed the berries of the plant with fennel seed to protect themselves from the plague. Barberry is made up of an alkaloid known as berberine, which can also be found in other medicinal herbs such as goldenseal and Orgeon grape. The therapeutic effects of barberry can be attributed to its berberine content.

Studies have concluded that berberine contains properties that are effective against a wide variety of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. These studies also found that berberine was much more effective in treating some bacteria than even a strong antibiotic. Other studies have found that barberry has the potential to kill microorganisms including staphylococci, streptococci, salmonella, Giardia lamblia, Escherichia coli, shigella, and Candida albicans. The berberine in barberry has been noted to contain antidarrheal properties. This alkaloid is also recommended for stimulating the immune system.

The effects of barberry include helping against cancer, liver problems, kidney problems, coughs, cholera, diarrhea, fever, inflammation, hypertension, and tumors. Barberry has also been recommended to increase bile secretions and stimulate the appetite. This herb may also help in cases of anemia and malnutrition. Barberry stimulates bile production for liver problems and also dilates blood vessels to lower blood pressure.

Barberry is used in easing inflammation and infection of the urinary, gastrointestinal, and respiratory tracts, as well as candida infections of the both the skin and vagina. Barberry extract has also been shown to improve symptoms that are associated with certain skin conditions, such as psoriasis. However, more research is still needed on determining the reliability of these findings. Barberry is shown to be an extremely effective treatment for diarrhea. A few studies have found that barberry is able to improve symptoms faster than antibiotics. This is possibly because of its astringent properties. However antibiotics are still thought to be more effective at killing bacteria in the intestines. For this reason, it is best to use barberry to ease symptoms, along with a standard antibiotic, as bacterial diarrhea can have extremely serious consequences.

The bark, root, and berries of the barberry plant are used to provide alterative, antibacterial, antineoplastic, antiseptic, aromatic, astringent, blood purifier, cholagogue, diuretic, hepatic, hypotensive, purgative, and stomachic properties. The primary nutrients provided by this herb include iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamin C. Primarily, barberry can be beneficial in dealing with loss of appetite, high blood pressure, impurities in the blood, candidiasis, , diarrhea, dysentery, fevers, indigestion, infections, jaundice, liver disorders, pyorrhea, and sore throat. However, this herb is also extremely helpful in dealing with anemia, arthritis, boils, breath odor, cholera, gallstones, heart problems, heartburn, hemorrhages, itching, kidney problems, migraines, rheumatisms, ringworm, and skin conditions. For more information on barberry or to make a purchase, along with its many beneficial effects, feel free to contact a representative at your local store.

What could cause both of my kids to have yellow diarrhea?

They ate grapes and pears a few days ago, and ever since then they’ve both had the most foul smelling yellow diarrhea. They both had a fever the morning after they ate the pears, but it went away quickly and otherwise they act normal (not sick).

My mother in law says they just got cold, but I’m afraid it might be a bacteria or parasite. Anyone have any similiar experience?

It sounds like there is an infection, a “tummy bug” of some sort- especially since there was a fever just before the onset of the diarrhea. It may have been some gerbie living on the fruit, which wasn’t washed away- but being kids, it could just as easily been something on their hands as well. I wouldn’t suspect any sort of parasite, as those don’t usually cause diarrhea. At any rate, your first response should be to put them on clear liquids for a full 24 hours. That will make them cranky to say the least, but will stop the diarrhea. After 24 hours, they should eat bananas, white rice, apples/applesauce, white bread/toast, and crackers, plus all the clear liquids you can get down them. They should have no dairy products at all- no milk, no butter, no yogurt either. After the day of rice, etc- the third day you can let them have a bland diet, with grilled lean meats, defatted broth soups, veggies- but not salad veggies, and the rice, white bread, etc. If this doesn’t stop the diarrhea, after 24 hours of clear liquids, you will need to visit the doctor for cultures and something a bit stronger. If it does stop it, then on the fourth day, you can give them live culture yogurt. They can have whatever flavor they like, as long as it has those live bacerial cultures and sweetened with real sugar. Have them eat a carton or two a day for two or three days, and then they can go back on the dairy products. You don’t get diarrhea because you catch cold, you get it because something isn’t agreeing with you. It’s usually bacterial, although there are some viruses that can do it. And I think you can relax on the parasites.

stomach cramping and diarrhea during pregnancy

stomach cramping and during pregnancy

What You Need to Know about Pregnancy Cramps

During pregnancy, your body will undergo a great many changes. Some of them will be completely new and unfamiliar, while others may be things you have experienced before, but outside the context of pregnancy. While some of these changes may seem strange and frightening, you can be sure that they are perfectly normal aspects of being pregnant. As one of the earliest indicators of pregnancy, cramps may be somewhat familiar to you, because they are part of most women’s regular menstrual cycle. Throughout your pregnancy, you may experience two different kinds of cramps. As soon as 8 to 10 days after conception, pregnancy cramps may be a sign that something unusual is going on with your body. They can be anything from mild to severe, but will feel much like regular menstrual cramping, so you may really see the difference initially.

Pregnancy cramps generally are nothing to be alarmed over, but you do need to pay attention to their frequency and severity. While cramps can come and go during the course of your pregnancy, cramps that become suddenly sharp and severe, it can be a sign of trouble, even possibly early labor. If you find the pregnancy cramps worse than what you’ve come to expect, don’t hesitate to tell your doctor.

Menstrual-type cramps are not the only ones you may have to deal with. Pregnancy stomach cramps are also quite common, especially early in the pregnancy. You may find that they frequently accompany some other unpleasant aspects of your pregnancy, like morning sickness, diarrhea and nausea. During pregnancy, your digestive system slows down a bit, so more nutrients can be absorbed into the bloodstream to nourish the fetus. Pregnancy stomach cramps can result as your digestion behaves differently than what you’re used to.

Again, although unpleasant, these cramps are not necessarily cause for alarm. You may find that pregnancy stomach cramps are more prevalent early on during pregnancy, and gradually subside in frequency and severity as your body adjusts to the discomfort. Unfortunately, some women experience these symptoms throughout the duration of their pregnancy. If you should find that pregnancy stomach cramps are increasingly sharp and painful, it could be a sign of more complex problems. Again, it’s wise to consult with your doctor if you feel that you are feeling suddenly much worse than before.

While cramping of any kind can be unpleasant, it’s a perfectly normal part of many normal and healthy pregnancies. You might be able to help them become less severe by pursuing some mild exercise. This can help your muscles relax and make cramping less severe. In addition, if you follow a diet high in fiber and nutrients, your body is much more likely to respond favorably by digesting more easily. Drinking plenty of water is also helpful, since much of that is also diverted to your bloodstream nourishing the fetus. Just remember that, while you may not feel great all the time, it will be over soon, and all of the unpleasantness will be a distant memory once your baby arrives.

Are these symptoms of pregnancy? ?

Diarrhea, Stomach Cramping, and Some gas.
I’m hoping to get my period sometime during this weekend and maybe these are just signs of it coming but I just want to be sure because
I can’t really get a pregnancy test that easily.
yeah, my last one was the 17th of October.
I hope I’m just sick or something.

But since women can bleed during pregnancy how can I tell if it’s my period or pregnancy bleeding?
Talk about irony, I just got my period.
PRAISE THE LORD.
Good luck to expecting mothers and those trying to conceive.

You really should just wait to see if you get your period or not. These can also be symptoms of PMS. So I would definetly wait to see if you get your period or not. Some doctors say if your period is irregular in any way there is a possibility of pregnancy. Some pregnant women can bleed the first 3 months of pregnancy or possibly all 9 months. My advice is to just wait.
