Constipation and black stool?
2 days ago I woke up with diarrhea and a headache, so I took some pepto bismol and another anti diarrheal medicine. Yesterday I felt a lot better, I ate a lot, drank alcoholic drinks and did not have to use to bathroom at all. This morning I awoke with a headache and upset stomach, I tried to to force myself to go to the bathroom, and I had black stool. Do I have internal bleeding? or is this just because of the Pepto bismol of two days ago?

Headache, vomiting, tiredness…?
Starting on Monday I started feeling bad. Im not sure if the headache came first or the nausea. That night at like 3 in the morning I woke up and had to go vomit/diarrhea. I did that two other times that night. By Tuesday I just felt tired, and had a headache and nausea that didnt seem to want to go away. It is now Friday. I feel somewhat better, but when I eat and stuff I have nausea again and my head still hurts off and on. Any ideas? o.o
stomach flue… tuesday night i puked all night …wednesday felt shitty..thursday feeling better …friday (today) i have a headache…hopefully ill be good to go by tomorrow… sticc to liquids and soups

every time i eat something i get really bad stomach pains?
every time i eat, anything, i get bad gas pains, constipation, or diarrhea…i know tmi. does anyone know why?? im sick of it happening every time i eat!!! could i have food allergies now? what culd it be?
its sounding to me like gallbladder problems. go to the doctor cos if it is it only gets worse. it started off with me felling really sick after eating but i ignored it..then it got to the point that it felt like my ribs were collapsing and squishing my insides after i ate and i wasn’t able to eat anything with fat or spices… basically i lived off crackers until they could get my gallbladder out.
its been 3 months since i got it removed and i really think you should go talk to your doctor about it. you don’t want to wait if it is the gallbladder. trust me. good luck. i hope you can figure out for sure what is wrong. please just go see a doctor.
