Nicotine Gum Side Effects – 4 Reasons To Use Herbal Stop Smoking Gum

Nicotine gum is designed to help stop smoking in cessation programs by delivering nicotine through your blood. This helps to manage cravings for a cigarette. Over time the dosage is reduced allowing you to quit smoking without extreme withdrawal symptoms. However chewing the gum has some severe side effects can be potentially dangerous!

Here are some reasons to chose a healthier, herbal chewing gum rather than nicotine gum:

Herbal stop smoking gum is available that contains no nicotine what so ever. Not only does it help to quit smoking but also helps to suppress your appetite and over-eating commonly associated with smoking cessation treatments.

Herbal gum induces a state of relaxation, helping to reduce the craving for a cigarette while helping the body flush accumulated toxins. Herbal gum helps combat most symptoms of quitting smoking as well as detoxifying the blood, curbing appetite, enhancing concentration, enhancing energy and stamina, providing nutrients and vitamins, and fighting non-pathological stress and anxiety.

In my opinion quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do, so congratulations on finally going for it! I would highly recommend avoiding nicotine gum and opting for healthier herbal products.

About the Author

My name is Helen, I am a 35 year old professional woman. Throughout my teens and twenties I suffered with being overweight and it made me extremely unhappy, I never had a boyfriend until I was 31. I spent years and years searching for the perfect way to lose my weight and I finally did when I was 30. I now try to help others with the same issues by writing articles with tips and tricks to help lose weight in different ways. I found out that it doesn’t actually have to be through painful exercise, or heavy dieting, in fact those ways can be very unhealthy. I understand what people with weight problems go through and I care so much about how they feel. I don’t want anyone to go through the same as I did for all those years. The best solution I found was the one on my business URL…it really helped me and was extremely quick and painless! Anyway, its time for me to get to writing and help you guys out there so you can be happy like I am now :)

Jaw Pain followed by vomiting diarrhea and sweating..No doctor can diagnose.. Any ideas?

My grandmother has been getting these ” attacks” she first feels pain in her jaw area then sweating vomiting and diarrhea.. She has been to every doctor and no one can pin point what is it.. they happen randomly sometimes once a week sometimes once a month.. grateful for any help!

Have they run EKGs and blood enzyme studies to check her heart? Jaw pain along with gastrointestinal symptoms are often associated with heart attack, especially in females. Angina is a temporary lack of blood supply to the heart muscle that can cause these same symptoms. If an actual heart attack occurs, the blood supply to heart muscle is completely occluded, and without treatment, the heart tissue dies. If she hasn’t been assessed for this, then she should be….asap .
