5 Types of to Ditch and Get Flat Stomach

Every person has flaws on their body. The main problems which everyone likes to tackle are about their bellies. Dietitians only recommend promoting healthy eating and not rocket ways to achieve that flat stomach.

There are several tips to reduce the belly. To achieve it, try to at least consume minimal or eliminate the following foods:

o Salt- Salt is concealed in canned foods, baked foods and cured meats. Salt can draw water from the body and thereby give you a sluggish look. Now that explains why eating too much salty foods can give you painful results targeting your belly.

o Cut carbohydrates if you’re eating more – Sneak a quick look into your diet and see whether you’re consuming carbs more than your body requirements. If you eat more carbs, the extra glucose is converted into glycogen, a storage form of extra energy and glycogen that attracts water.

o Do not eat excess of salads- Most dietitians recommend to eat salads as many of them hardly eat any veggies. But if you eat excessively, it might result to bloating. This is due to the stomach that expands. Eat in smaller portions and chew it well.

o Sugar Substitutes- A few of the sugar substitutes including xylitol, maltitol are found in low sugar or sugar free products. These do not add to the calories but if taken excessively, it can cause gas, abdominal distention and diarrhea.

o Fried food- They are not only bad for your heart but also for your tummy. This ude to the fact that it takes longer time to digest and making you feel bloated.

o Carbonated drinks- All those bubbles stay in stomach and can cause bloating. This includes frothy beer, softdrinks and caffeine drinks as well.

o Acidic drinks- To reduce the bloat-ish and the achy feeling in the tummy try to reduce the intake respectively. Excessive intake of alcohol, beverages such as tea, coffee, acidic fruit juices can irritate the stomach lining and may cause stomach bloat. Drink these in moderation.

All the stated foods or drinks are undeniably inevitable. But all in all, we can eat or drink else moderately. You can also opt for healthier alternatives instead. Instead of eating the usual white bread or pasta, eat whole meal and wholegrain bread. If possible, eat whole wheat pasta and brown rice, low fat milk products, egg whites, lean meat and tuna as well. As much as possible, you can count calories in each meal but not really necessary for an average person. Simply stay away from the foods you know are unhealthy for you, trim sweets, cakes, pastries and soft drinks. Choose the brands with less saturated fat. Then give your body what it really needs: consume fruits, whole grains, vegetables, nuts, and lean protein. Don’t forget to drink a lot of water as well.

In achieving your stunning flat stomach, eat healthy, exercise right and do it daily. Then, you can pave way to a slimmer and healthier you. Best of luck!

Another diarrhea question?

My family and I just came back from the Carribean. 2 days after we got back, my husband has very bad diarrhea practically all day. Whatever he eats, must come out. No stomach pains. I offered to bring him to the doctor today,(6th day now), but of course he is being “a man” (sorry) and says he is fine now. I know he will wake up all night with this again. What is wrong. Could he have gotten a parasite. All of us otherwise, are fine. We all ate the same thing, except he ate more salad over there. (Curacao)

he may of just gotten a bug . nothing to worry about just needs to eat light foods. like soup and crackers and toast. nothing heavy. and sometimes something with cheese helps to rebind hs stoamch back up.. also try pepto bismol
