What is the cause of very mushy or watery bright yellow diarrhea?
Could it be anxiety? Could it be my very poor diet of eating only saltines, bread, bananas, and a hint of peanut butter only a few times a day?
I have severe anxiety disorder and I have a phobia of vomiting. I just started taking Prozac again and usually it makes my anxiety worse before it gets better and at the moment, since the norovirus is going around so badly at my work, I am terrified of eating cuz every stomach pain, cramp, or gurgle I think I’m getting sick.
I have never vomited before. Do upper stomach pains (random but sharp) and watery bright yellow diarrhea sound like the norovirus or just intense hunger? I seriously don’t know what to do.
It sounds like your diet.
If you were eating healthy balanced diet, you would have normal poop and coloring of the poop.
You are not doing that.
